We have two amazing opportunities to play hockey / try hockey!

The first is a learn to skate program which is just on Saturdays. This program is for kids ages 4-8 who don't know how to ice skate. It's a great, fun program. The second is for a two days a week program for kids 4-8 who know how to skate and want to play actual hockey. Details for each program below. 

Different this year will be a scholarship program only for Eagle Sports Kids. Hockey is a very expensive sport and we don't want anyone not to play or try hockey because of finances. 

2024-2025 Eagle Dogs Learn to Skate Program
For boys and girls ages 4-8 who don't know how to ice skate and want to learn. The program is one day a week on Saturday mornings at 8am. 
Cost is $145.


2024-2025 Eagle Dogs 8U Hockey Program
5U (2019) Skill development station-based practices on Wednesdays (5pm) and Saturdays 8:45am). Practices always include a “game” based station. Cross Ice games, both inhouse and against other Metro Detroit associations will be arranged in the second half of the season. Teams will be divided evenly based on attendance and/or limit for each event. There may be a nominal fee for Away events.

6U (2018) Skill development station based practices Wednesdays (5:45pm) and most Saturdays (9:30am). Players will have the opportunity to participate in several Cross Ice jamborees and Half Ice scrimmage games, both inhouse and against other Metro Detroit associations. Teams will be evenly divided based on attendance and/or limit for each event. There may be a nominal fee for Away events.

7U (2017) & 8U (2016) Separate birth year skill development station based practices on Wednesdays (6:30pm) and most Saturdays (9:30am). All 7 and 8 year olds will do a mix of station based practices and inhouse game events
